These terms concern the public NetSuite User Groups website at netsuitegroups.com (the “site”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to its operator. Please read these terms before using the site. They describe the basis on which we make this directory available and apply to your use to the extent permitted by applicable law.

An independent information directory

The site provides general information gathered from public and other sources. It is not professional advice or a substitute for your own checks. We are independent of Oracle and NetSuite; their names and marks belong to their respective owners. A reference to them does not imply their sponsorship or approval.

Groups and events belong to their organizers

This site helps you discover independently run groups and events. A listing does not make us an organizer, host, sponsor, ticket seller, or representative of the group. Inclusion is not an endorsement of an organizer, speaker, venue, or event.

Dates, time zones, locations, formats, prices, registration requirements, and availability can change or be cancelled without appearing here. Confirm details directly with the organizer before registering, travelling, or incurring costs. Registration, attendance, accessibility arrangements, safety, cancellations, and refunds are matters between you and the relevant organizer or provider.

Map markers are approximate discovery aids, not directions or confirmation of a meeting venue. A past event or listed group does not establish that another meeting will take place.

Information and availability

Sources and automated processing can contain errors. A source link or check date does not establish that information remains correct. We do not promise comprehensive coverage, continuous monitoring, a refresh schedule, or that errors will be detected or corrected.

We may select, edit, omit, or remove listings and change, restrict, or discontinue site features at our discretion, subject to applicable law. No listing is entitled to publication, a particular position, or continued availability.

External websites and dealings

Links to external websites may take you to services controlled by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply there. We do not operate or guarantee those services, their content, or the performance of third parties you find through the site.

Using this site

You may browse the site and share links for lawful personal or business research. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass access restrictions, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use it to infringe rights or send unlawful unsolicited communications. Automated access must not bypass technical restrictions or impose an unreasonable load.

Rights in our original text, design, and software remain with their owners. Third-party names, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners; we do not claim ownership of underlying public facts. No trademark license is granted. These terms do not restrict uses that applicable law permits without authorization.

Suggestions and requests

If you send a listing suggestion or correction, provide only information you have authority to share. Do not send confidential information, credentials, or sensitive personal data. Sending a message does not create a consulting, agency, or confidential advisory relationship.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, handling ordinary listing, correction, removal, or other inquiries is discretionary. We do not promise an acknowledgment, investigation, response time, publication, removal, or resolution. This does not limit statutory rights or any duties and deadlines imposed by law.

Warranty and liability limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, or uninterrupted access. You are responsible for independently assessing information before relying on it.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, including resulting lost profits, opportunities, or data. This limitation includes such losses resulting from inaccurate listings or dealings with listed third parties.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.

Changes and interpretation

We may revise these terms for future use of the site. Revisions do not retrospectively change accrued rights or override any notice or consent required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent legally possible. These terms do not themselves constitute consent to personal-data processing.
